The Healing Well Policies


You can schedule online or you can call or text me to book your appointment.  If you are a first-time client,  you will be required to fill out an intake form and email it back to me so I have a chance to review it and contact you if I have any questions.  This is important so I can make sure that we create the best possible outcome for you. 

Although I work primarily with women,  I will work with men using Reiki and CranioSacral Therapy.  I do not offer massage therapy services to men without a referral and/or a phone interview,  and a complete intake,  all of which are required before scheduling an initial appointment.  I do not work on children.



For first-time clients,  payment in full is required before the appointment can be booked.  Gratuity is not expected,  and is it ok to not provide one.  Please don’t feel as though you have to.


Arrivals/Late Arrivals

Please plan to arrive approximately 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time and wait in the sitting area just outside the studio.  Please don’t knock on the door.  If the door is closed,  I am with a client or preparing for your arrival and will be with you soon.

Appointment times are specifically arranged for you.  The Healing Well will do its best to honor your full scheduled time,  but if you arrive late,  please know that your session may be shortened to accommodate other appointments that follow yours.  Regardless of the length of your session,  you will be responsible for the full payment of your originally scheduled appointment. 


Cancellation/Rescheduling/No Shows

If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, a 12-24-hour notice is required.  While I understand that unanticipated events do happen, it is my desire to be considerate and fair to you and to me.  Please call to discuss the unexpected life event with me.  Because I book in advance and are by appointment only,  cancellations / reschedules with less than 12 hours notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of  100% of the service amount,  if within 12-24 hours notice, will be subject to a cancellation fee of no less than 50% of the amount of the scheduled service. 

Anyone that forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their scheduled appointment time will be considered a "no-show" and will be charged 100% of the service amount and will be required to pre-pay for each service prior to booking going forward. 


Child Policy

Please do not bring your children with you to your appointments.  I don’t have space for them,  and there isn’t a waiting area that can accommodate them.  Please plan accordingly and cancel or reschedule (see cancellation policy above). 


Cell Phones

Please place your phone on silent without vibrate or turn them off during your appointment.
