All service options are 60min ($95),  75 min ($130),  and only Massage has a 90 min ($160) option.

Hospice service requires a phone consult.  The cost will be discussed during the consult.  I only provide ethical and professional massage treatments.  All new male clients booking massages will require a phone interview/consult prior to booking.  Booking Reiki or CranioSacral appointments do not.  I do not diagnose any medical conditions.

Massage

My massage is Swedish-based,  with more long-flowing strokes.  Very soothing and tailored to each person based on what they want / need.  This style of massage is therapeutic in nature and a great style for relaxation,  stress,   and overall tension relief.  I use medium pressure and can go heavier or lighter as indicated by you and / or your body.

Since this can be tailored,  I also offer a more specific massage that focuses only on the back,  shoulders,  and neck.  I use specific techniques to relieve tension,  muscle tightness,  and headaches reducing pain and increasing range of motion.

CranioSacral Therapy (CST)

CST is a soft more modern  (think late 1970’s-early 1980’s)  technique.  CranioSacral Therapy is a gentle,  hands-on approach to evaluating and enhancing the craniosacral system,  which is comprised of the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord. 

CST is a complementary treatment that releases tensions deep in the body to help reduce pain,  relieve dysfunction,  and improve whole-body health and performance.  By facilitating the body's natural and innate healing processes,  CST is increasingly used as a preventive healthcare measure for its ability to bolster resistance to dis-ease.

What does CST feel like, and what can you expect?  CST is a positional hand technique using a gentle touch that is held for as long as necessary to facilitate the movement or release of tension in the muscles. Clients may or may not feel a warmth or even a tingling sensation around the area being worked.  It is also possible to feel these same type of sensations in the legs or back.  You are fully clothed for CST,  however,  this a hands on style so you can expect that.

Reiki (ray-key)

Reiki is Japanese for universal life energy and is also a word used to describe a system of natural healing.  This tradition was founded by Mikao Usui in the early 20th century.  Reiki can help the body emotionally or spiritually.  It is a tradition that is open to any belief system as it does not have any religious background. 

Reiki can be used alongside other conventional or complementary treatments and often helps to provide emotional support during different types of recovery,

for example, long-term illnesses or Chemo treatments.  The Results and benefits of Reiki include a deep overall general feeling of peace,  calm,  centeredness,  and relaxation, as well as a sense of well-being on all levels. 

What does Reiki feel like, and what you can expect.  Clients may or may not feel sensations during Reiki treatments.  Some people feel heat, tingling, or experience seeing colors, while others can have an emotional response,  indicating that shifts are taking place within the body,  allowing harmony to be restored. You are fully clothed while receiving Reiki and may be hands-on or off.

What is the difference between Reiki and CST? 

While Reiki primary deals with the energetic body Craniosacral therapy  (CST)  addresses blockages in the physical body.  CST is a gentle practice that focuses on releasing restrictions to the flow of cerebrospinal fluid in order to harmonize the body’s nervous system.
